The provisions came into force on 28-2-2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Applicability:<\/span> whole of NCT of Delhi<\/p>\n<h3>Key Points:<\/h3>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p>Information received under Section 173 of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink\/Cr7F1W4r\" target=\"_blank\">Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023<\/a><\/span> relating to &#8220;Information in cognizable offences&#8221; will be converted to <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">First Information Report (&#8216;FIR&#8217;)<\/span> on <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems<\/span> (&#8216;CCTNS&#8217;).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Such information will be entered into <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Integrated Investigation Form-I<\/span> in Annexure A.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>In case the information received is in electronic form, FIR will be issued after the informant has signed it within 3 days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">A printout of the FIR has to be kept in the Register-I in Police Station
