The experienced academia, comprised of legal scholars and practitioners, guides students through rigorous programs in civil rights, criminal law, technology law, and intellectual property law. With facilities, hands-on practical learning opportunities, and a commitment to justice, the Presidency School of Law prepares graduates to excel in the legal landscape. The School of Law offers three distinct integrated bachelor’s degree honors programs: B.A., LL.B.[Hons.], BBA., LL.B.[Hons.], and B.Com., LL.B.[Hons.], to equip legal professionals with the necessary skills for diverse contexts. The University also offers a 2-year master’s degree program in Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Law.<\/p>\n

About the Competition:<\/h3>\n

The Presidency School of Law is organizing its 1st Presidency School of Law Arbitration Competition, 2025<\/span> in hybrid mode. From 5th<\/span> April, 2025<\/span> till 19th<\/span> April, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eligibility: Each University\/College may register a maximum of TWO teams per institution. Only students pursuing 3-year or 5-year law courses from recognized institutions are eligible to participate.<\/p>\n

Team Composition:<\/h3>\n

Each team must consist of three members:<\/p>\n

One Arbitrator, One Counsel, One Client.<\/p>\n

Note: The team composition once registered cannot be changed.<\/p>\n

Format of Rounds:<\/h3>\n

Preliminary & Quarter-Final Rounds:<\/span> Each team will represent both sides, once as Claimant and once as Respondent. The top eight teams based on aggregate scores will advance to the Quarter-Finals.<\/p>\n

Semi-Final Rounds<\/span>: The best four teams from the Quarter-Finals will proceed to the Semi-Finals.<\/p>\n

Final Round<\/span>: The top two teams will compete in the Final Round.<\/p>\n

Registration Fee<\/span> — Rs.2000 Per Team.<\/p>\n
