ABOUT THE COMPETITION:<\/h3>\n

This unique quiz competition tests the student(s) on analytical questions based upon major technology laws. Questions asked to the participants will also be presented before an AI, and the experts will decide which one is a better answer. So, come and participate in the battle of legal wits!<\/p>\n

THEME:<\/h3>\n

This competition tests legal acumen of the participants on analytical questions based upon major technology laws -The Constitution of India, The EU Al Act, 2024, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2024<\/a>, The Telecommunications Act, 2023<\/a>, The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023<\/a>, General Data Protection Regulation (2016), The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021<\/a>, The Consumer Protection Act, 2019<\/a>, The Information Technology Act, 2000<\/a>, The Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995<\/a>, The Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994<\/a>, The Copyright Act, 1957<\/a>, The Cinematograph Act, 1952<\/a>.<\/p>\n

ELIGIBILITY:<\/h3>\n

The competition is open for students enrolled in any undergraduate (3 year LL.B or 5 year integrated LL.B) law programme.<\/p>\n

TEAM:<\/h3>\n

The participants can register individually (Registration Fee- Rs. 400\/- per head) or in a team of two (Registration Fee- Rs. 600\/-).<\/p>\n
