Rouse Avenue Court, Delhi:<\/span> On 25-02-2025, a Single Judge Bench of Kaveri Baweja, J., awarded the former Congress MP Sajjan Kumar life sentence for committing murder of a father and his son during the 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots in Delhi. On 12-02-2025, the Court had convicted him under Sections 147<\/a>, 148<\/a>, 149<\/a>, 302<\/a>, 308<\/a>, 323<\/a>, 395<\/a>, 397<\/a>, 427<\/a>, 436<\/a>, and 440<\/a> read with Section 149<\/a> the Penal Code, 1860<\/a>.<\/p>\n
