ABOUT TNNLU<\/h3>\n

Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU) was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu by an Act of State Legislature (Act No. 9 of 2012) to provide quality legal education at the global level.<\/p>\n

ABOUT MOOT COURT COMMITTEE<\/h3>\n

The Moot Court Committee (MCC) is an integral part of our institution’s commitment in providing a well-rounded legal education. The MCC has a team of 22 dedicated members from various batches, who carry out various functions such as organizing workshops, conducting moot court competitions, providing guidance & training, facilitating network and exposure, and taking important policy decisions to promote the mooting standards of the University. The MCC presently aims to bring TNNLU to the forefront of mooting and hosts the TNNLU- Antitrust National Moot Court Competition and the TNNLU-Insolvency National Moot Court Competition.<\/p>\n

ABOUT 7th TNNLU—Antitrust National Moot Court Competition, 2025<\/h3>\n

The Tamil Nadu National Law University is organising the 7th<\/span> TNNLU—Antitrust National Moot Court Competition, 2025 scheduled to take place on 12th<\/span>-13th<\/span> of April, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

Venue:<\/span> TNNLU Campus<\/p>\n

THEME<\/h3>\n

Impact of data related policies in the Social Media space vis-a-vis the competition in the domestic market.<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/h3>\n

Law students duly enrolled in the 3-year LL.B. courses or 5-year integrated LL.B. courses undergraduate programmes may apply to participate in the Competition. One (1) team per Institution\/University can participate in the Competition.<\/p>\n

REGISTRATION FEES<\/h3>\n

The teams shall be required to pay a fee of INR 5,000\/- (inclusive of Accommodation) towards registration prior to filling of the form and attach proof of payment while filling the aforementioned Final Registration form. This fee shall be non-refundable in case of withdrawal by a team.<\/p>\n
