“For the First Time in Faridabad, a Supreme Court Judge Analyzes the Challenges and Judicial Perspective on the Implementation of New Criminal Laws — Organized by All India Lawyers Forum”<\/p>\n

The All India Lawyers Forum organized a national conference on the topic “Implementation of New Criminal Laws and Its Challenges”<\/span> at the Sector-15 Community Hall.<\/p>\n

Hon’ble Justice Rajesh Bindal<\/span> of the Supreme Court of India<\/span> graced the event as the Chief Guest. The conference was organized by Vikas Verma, Advocate-on- Record, Supreme Court of India, and Vice-Chairman of the All India Lawyers Forum.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by distinguished guests, including Additional Solicitor General of India Mr. Bijender Chahar, Inspector General of Haryana Police Dr. Rajshree Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Faridabad) Maqsood Ahmed, and District & Sessions Judge (Faridabad) Sandeep Garg. Also present were Jogendra Narwat, President of the District Bar Association, Pawan Parashar, General Secretary of the District Bar Association, along with senior government officials, legal experts, and esteemed members of the society.<\/p>\n

Justice Rajesh Bindal<\/span> emphasized that criminal laws must evolve with time, as many existing provisions are outdated. He stressed the need for continuous legal reforms and judicial training to ensure better implementation of laws. He also underlined that law enforcement officials and advocates must gain an in-depth understanding of the new criminal laws to facilitate easier access to justice for the common people.<\/p>\n

Additional Solicitor General Bijender Chahar<\/span> highlighted the constitutional and procedural aspects of the new criminal laws. He stressed that the judiciary and legal experts play a crucial role in their smooth implementation while ensuring the protection of fundamental rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

IG Dr. Rajshree Singh<\/span> provided insights from a law enforcement perspective, discussing the operational challenges faced by the police in adapting to the newlegal framework. She emphasized the need for specialized training programs and inter-departmental coordination to ensure effective law enforcement.<\/p>\n

DCP (Crime) Maqsood Ahmed reiterated that training and awareness are essential for law enforcement agencies to avoid any errors in delivering justice under the new criminal laws.<\/p>\n

Recognition and Closing Remarks<\/h3>\n

Conference organizer Vikas Verma<\/span> (AOR, Supreme Court) welcomed all dignitaries and honored them with bouquets and mementos. He expressed gratitude to Hon’ble Justice Rajesh Bindal for enlightening legal professionals and intellectuals on the new criminal laws. He stated that the conference was a moment of great pride for Faridabad, as the Hon’ble Supreme Court Judge addressed and guided advocates and the legal community.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, Senior Advocates R.P. Verma, S.K. Verma, Anil Chaudhary, Bhupendra Dalal, R.D. Verma, Devendra Tewatia, Manish Verma, Rajesh Khatana, and Master Ratichand Nagar, along with educationist Y.K. Maheshwari, Advocate Sapna Verma, Ashok George, Raju Verma, Narayan Singh, Suresh Verma, Harichand Nagar, Saurav Yadav, Sanjeet Bhardwaj, Mukesh Kumar, Ramesh Tandon, Shyam Sundar Kataria, M.P. Nagar, Lavish Verma, Kavita Verma, Rajendra Nagar, Master Dalbir Kaushik, Advocate Sandeep Verma, Advocate Anamay Mishra, Aakriti Yunas, Divya Goyal, and Prateek Bhardwaj were present.<\/p>\n
