On 10-2-2025, the Securities and Exchange of India<\/span> notified the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investor Charter) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025<\/span> to amend the various SEBI Regulations relating to Investor Charter<\/span>. The provisions came into force on 10-2-2025.<\/p>\n

Key Points:<\/h3>\n

These amendment regulations mandates<\/span> the stockbroker, merchant banker, registrar to an issue and share transfer agent, debenture trustee, banker to an issue, custodian, Know Your Client Registration Agency, Alternative Investment Fund, investment adviser, research analyst, manager of Real Estate Investment Trusts, manager of Infrastructure Investment Trusts, depository participant, designated depository of Foreign Portfolio Investors, portfolio manager, Vault Manager to ensure compliance with the Investor Charter<\/span>.<\/p>\n
