Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Green Growth Equity Fund, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund, managed by its investment manager Eversource Capital Private Limited in relation to its proposed exit from Ayana Renewable Power Private Limited, a company engaged in the business of producing, generating, developing, and operating renewable energy power projects in India.<\/p>\n

This deal is one of the biggest-ever acquisitions in India’s clean energy space.<\/p>\n

The transaction team was led by Surya Sreenivasan<\/span>, Partner; Aditi Manchanda<\/span>, Partner; with support from Anukriti Bhattad<\/span>, Associate; and Kaushik Raichura<\/span>, Associate.<\/p>\n
