The second edition of the Competition will be conducted physically at the NLIU campus on <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">22-23 March, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3>About NLIU Bhopal:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Established in 1997, the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, is one of India&#8217;s premier law schools. It was established through the Rashtriya Vidhi Sansthan Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, enacted by the Madhya Pradesh State Legislature. The University has a strong tradition of fostering academic excellence and practical learning among students.<\/p>\n<h3>About NLIU Law Review:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The NLIU Law Review is the flagship journal of NLIU, Bhopal, published biannually by the students of the University. It is a peer-reviewed academic law journal that promotes research and writing in contemporary legal issues and serves as an important forum for academic discourse. The Law Review has successfully completed <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">fourteen years<\/span>, with <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">twenty-four editions<\/span> in publication.<\/p>\n<h3>Format of the Competition:<\/h3>\n<p>The Competition will be conducted in two phases:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Phase I &#8212; Contract Drafting Round:<\/span> Participants will draft an agreement and a concept note based on a Contract Proposition, which will be a fictional problem statement. These submissions will be reviewed by the student editors of the NLIU Law Review.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Phase II &#8212; Contract Presentation Round:<\/span> The top twenty (or as determined) teams will proceed to the second phase, where they will present their drafted contracts before a panel of esteemed judges.
