The XIV Edition of ILNU Anti-Trust Moot & Conference, 2025 will be hosted and organised by ILNU, in collaboration with Competition Commission of India, AZB & Partners as the Title Partner ESYA Centre as the Think Tank Partner, Eastern Book Company (EBC) and SCC Online as the Exclusive Media Partners for the flagship event.<\/p>\n

About ILNU<\/h3>\n

ILNU is a globally recognised institute of academic excellence and has been ranked among the top law schools in India. Further, it was awarded the highest grade i.e., A+ by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). ILNU has professional and academic arrangements internationally with several Universities, Institutes as well as Professionals. About IAMC, 2025<\/h3>\n

The ILNU Antitrust Moot is one of such flagship mooting events in the nation, which demands students to showcase their excellence on various parameters. It centres itself around the interactions of economic and legal nuances of competition law, the importance of which can be hardly overemphasized. With the exuberant experience and excellence of the past 13 years at hand, we are pleased to announce this competition in association with the Competition Commission of India, AZB & Partners, ESYA Centre, Eastern Book Company (EBC), SCC Online and Unada Lexilegal AI India Pvt. Ltd. The XIV ILNU Antitrust Moot, 2025 will be held from 21st<\/span>-23rd<\/span>, February, 2025, on campus. The committee is also planning to host a Pre-Moot Conference on the contemporary nuances of antitrust laws. The ILNU Antitrust Conference will be conducted on 21st<\/span> February 2025 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The purpose of the ILNU Antitrust Conference is to organize a discourse on peculiar and niche aspects of Competition Law.<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/h3>\n

A. Students enrolled in Bachelor or Master Programs are eligible to participate in the Competition. Additionally, Students being on exchange in another country are eligible to participate under the host university.<\/p>\n

B. A recognized institution shall be entitled to send only one team to the competition, whether from the Undergraduate Law course.<\/p>\n

C. Each team should participate after obtaining the requisite permission of Moot Court Committee\/Head of Institute \/Dean\/Faculty Coordinators.<\/p>\n

Registration<\/h3>\n

A. Interested teams are required to register for the Competition by filling the registration form. The link to the form is here.<\/p>\n

B. While filling the Registration Form, the teams must choose a primary contact person, alternatively called a ‘Point of Contact’ (“POC”). All communications concerning the Competition will be sent by an e-mail to the nominated contact person.<\/p>\n

C. Prior payment of Registration Fees is required in order to fill the Registration Form. The last date for completion of all the registration formalities is before 20th January 2025 (11:59 P.M. IST).<\/p>\n

Registration Fee<\/h3>\n

The Registration Fee for the XIV ILNU Antitrust Moot, 2025 is: Rs. 9000<\/span> (Rs. 4000 + Rs. 5000). All the teams must pay Rs. 4000 for the memorial qualification round during the final registration and the teams which qualify beyond memorial qualification rounds have to pay additional Rs. 5000 which shall include the fees of the conference fees for all the team members and accommodation cost for 2 Nights and 3 Days i.e. from 21st<\/span> February to 23rd<\/span> February, 2025.<\/p>\n

No additional payment at any stage shall be reverted to the teams. Further, no refund shall be granted at any cost.<\/p>\n
