About the Organisers<\/h3>\n

With a legacy spanning 43 years, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) has not only secured its place among India’s top 10 B-schools but has also evolved into a distinguished multidisciplinary university. This is the 3rd edition of the Moot Court Competition<\/span> at NMIMS, Indore. The school’s National Moot Court Competitions<\/span>, initiated in 2021, have quickly become flagship events, attracting law schools from across the country and gaining recognition for their excellence. NMIMS School of Law combines state-of-the-art infrastructure with innovative teaching methods to prepare students for successful legal careers. Its vibrant academic ecosystem and commitment to professional growth make it an ideal destination for aspiring legal professionals seeking to shape the future of law.<\/p>\n

Eligibility Criteria<\/h3>\n

All students enrolled in a three-year or five-year integrated law program from any university, law school, college, or institution can participate in the competition.<\/p>\n
