Each team shall comprise of three members (two Speakers and one Researcher).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">NOTE:<\/span> No faculty member, coach, observer, or designated observer or fourth member is allowed to accompany the team, and neither will be allowed to join the teams during their visit for the physical rounds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Participation is restricted to bona fide law students either enrolled in the 3-year LL. B. Course or the 5-year Integrated Law Course.<\/p>\n<h3>CLARIFICATIONS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The participating teams may seek clarifications on the official moot proposition by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:questindicia2025@gmail.com\">questindicia2025@gmail.com<\/a> by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">14th February, 2025 (05:00 hrs. IST).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">NOTE: Any clarification via any other medium will not be entertained and shall not be taken into consideration.<\/p>\n<h3>REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Participating institutions must register by completing the attached form and submitting a scanned copy to <a href=\"mailto:questindicia2025@gmail.com\">questindicia2025@gmail.com<\/a>, along with completing the Google Form, by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">10th February 2025, 23:59 IST.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Registration Details:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>There is <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">NO registration fee<\/span> for registering in the competition and for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Memorial Selection Round<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Rs. 1500\/- per team that qualifies for Oral Round.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Rs. 3500\/- per team selected for Semi Final round (with Accommodation)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Payment Details are mentioned on Page 24 of the Brochure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Any registration form received without the receipt of the payment shall not be considered for the final registration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Any form received after the last day of registration will not be allowed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The teams shall be solely responsible for any delay caused due to delay in receipt of Registration Form.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>ABOUT THE ROUNDS:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">1. PRELIMINARY ROUND<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">There shall be two Preliminary rounds (Prelims I and II) on <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">8th March, 2025<\/span> in an online mode Via Cisco Webex Platform and every team shall be allowed to argue from each side.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">2. QUARTER-FINAL ROUND<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Quarter Final round shall be held after the completion of the preliminary rounds on <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">8th March, 2025<\/span> in an online mode Via Cisco Webex Platform.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3. SEMI-FINAL ROUND<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Semi-Finals will be held in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">4th week of March, 2025 <\/span>in offline mode in the ALC campus<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">4.
