Supreme Court:<\/span> The Three-Judge Bench comprising Sanjiv Khanna, CJI, P.V. Sanjay Kumar, and K.V. Viswanathan, JJ. transferred all the petitions challenging the results of the Common Law Admission Test-2025 (CLAT-2025) to the Delhi High Court.<\/p>\n

The Consortium of National Law Universities had moved before the Court seeking to transfer all the pending petitions before various High Courts to the Court.<\/p>\n

The Bench directed that the records of the pending petitions be transferred to the Delhi High Court within seven days.<\/p>\n

On 15-01-2025, the Court prima facie viewed that the writ petitions pending in different High Courts should be dealt with by one High Court, saying that it would be expeditious and would also prevent contradictory judgments.<\/p>\n

Common Law Admission Test-2025 (CLAT-2025) was held in December 2024 for admissions to undergraduate and post-graduate law courses in various National Law Universities. However, petitions were instituted before various High Courts challenging the
