ABOUT M.C.E. SOCIETY’S A.K.K. NEW LAW ACADEMY, PUNE<\/h3>\n

M.C.E. Society’s A.K.K. New Law Academy was established in 1994 and named after Hon’ble Late Adv. Mr. Abdul Kadir Khan. The college, situated at Azam Campus is located at the heart of Pune City with a pleasing surrounding spread over 24 acres. A. K. K. New Law Academy at Azam Campus is enclosed in such ambience as it helps to maintain a congenial environment for study and reflection. The college offers a rich environment for studying law and prepares the students to enter into legal profession.<\/p>\n

ABOUT THE COMPETITION<\/h3>\n

M.C.E. Society’s A.K.K. New Law Academy, is pleased to announce “Dr. P. A. Inamdar National Moot Court Competition on The Rights of Minority Educational Institutions, 2025”, a flagship event that aims to provide a unique forum for law students to showcase their advocacy skills.<\/p>\n

Through this competition we take honor and pleasure to acknowledge Hon’ble Dr. P. A. Inamdar’s profound contributions to the rights of minority educational institutions all over India. Due to his commendable efforts to promote and protect the rights of minority educational institutions, he is known as an iconic architect of the Indian Minorities.<\/p>\n

In organizing this competition we aspire to honor Hon’ble Dr. P. A. Inamdar’s legal journey by encouraging the law students to engage in an enriching legal discourse on the rights of minority educational institutions.<\/p>\n

REGISTRATION DETAILS<\/h3>\n

  1. \n

    Teams are required to register for the Competition by filling the Registration Form.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Only 32 teams will be allowed to participate on first-come-first basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    The deadline for final registration form is 25th February, 2025<\/span> (11:59 P.M. IST). The registration form provided should be completely filled and uploaded in the online google form for registration along with the fees receipt screenshot.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Registration Fee: Rs. 2000\/- per team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Last Date of Registration: 25th February, 2025<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    AWARDS:<\/h3>\n

    Winners:<\/span> The Team shall be awarded with cash Prize of INR 30,000\/- along with Certificates of Excellence and Three (3) one year access to EBC Learning<\/p>\n

    Runners up:<\/span> The Team shall be awarded with cash Prize of INR 20,000\/- along with Certificates of Excellence.<\/p>\n

    Best Memorial:<\/span> The Team having the highest aggregate Memorial scores from both sides shall be rewarded with the cash prize of INR 10,000\/- along with a Certificates of Excellence.<\/p>\n

    Best Researcher:<\/span> The Researcher scoring the highest score in the Researcher’s Test shall be rewarded with the cash prize of INR 10,000\/- along with Certificate of Excellence.<\/p>\n

    The Best Speaker<\/span> from the Preliminary Round shall be rewarded with the cash prize of INR 10,000\/- along with a Certificate of Excellence.<\/p>\n

    E-Certificate of Participation shall be given to all the teams participating in preliminary rounds. Along with One month access to the SCC Online Web Edition to all participants.<\/p>\n
