The National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi<\/span> is excited to share the details about the NUALS Mediation Competition (NMC), with the online preliminary rounds<\/span> scheduled for February 22, 2025<\/span> and the Offline in-campus Advanced Rounds Scheduled for March 15 and 16, 2025<\/span>, organised by NUALS in collaboration with the NUALS ADR Society.<\/span> This premier event will bring together dynamic teams of Law students from various law schools across India which will put to test their persuasive mediation skills which is of extreme contemporary relevance in the evolving field of Alternate Dispute Resolution in India. The NMC serves as a great platform for aspiring legal professionals to engage with the dynamic field of ADR. Bridging the gap between theory and practice, the competition equips participants with essential skills in mediation and negotiation. By simulating real-world scenarios, it encourages students to develop critical abilities such as problem solving, effective communication, and creative conflict resolution strategies.<\/p>\n
