Markanda International Negotiation Competition, 2025<\/span>, organized by the ADR &amp; CCL Board, University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh. This prestigious event will be held <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">on 14th and 15th February 2025, in virtual mode.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">This competition is dedicated to fostering the spirit of dispute resolution through negotiation, with skill development at every stage. We invite participants from across the globe to engage in a transformative learning experience focused on honing their negotiation and legal problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n<h3>About UILS and the ADR &amp; CCL Board<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Established in 2004-05, the University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS) has emerged as a center of excellence in legal education. The ADR &amp; CCL Board of UILS actively promotes alternative dispute resolution methods through national and international competitions, workshops, and training sessions, preparing students to excel in legal careers.<\/p>\n<h3>Competition Details<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Team Composition:<\/span> Two members forming a Client-Counsel pair.
