In furtherance of this objective, we are pleased to organize this lecture, which aims to foster awareness and understanding of ADR methods.<\/p>\n<h3>About the Speaker<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Dr. Mohammad Umar is an accredited civil\/commercial mediator by the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Singapore International Mediation Institute<\/span> and a Consultant and Trainer at <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Samvad Mediation Centre, Lucknow<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">With credentials such as recognition from the <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">International Mediation Institute (Netherlands)<\/span> and a Ph.D. from the <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Centre for International Legal Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University<\/span>, Dr. Umar brings a wealth of experience to the session.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Some highlights of his remarkable journey include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Gold Medalist in LL.M. from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Hidayatullah National Law University<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A semester course in <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Conflict Resolution<\/span> at <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Harvard Law School<\/span>, USA.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Over <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">seven<\/span> years of teaching experience, including at the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">University of Lucknow<\/span>, where he taught ADR, Contract Law, Family Law, and more.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Active participation as a <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">coach, speaker, and judge<\/span> in institutions such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">London School of Economics<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Indian Law Institute<\/span>, and various <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">National Law
