The Ministry of Law and Justice on 14-1-2025, notified the transfer and appointment of Justice Alok Aradhe as Chief Justice of Bombay High Court by the President in exercise of powers under Article 222(1)<\/a> of the Constitution<\/a>. Justice Aradhe is currently serving as the Chief Justice of Telangana High Court.<\/p>\n

The Supreme Court Collegium on 7-1-2025 headed by Justice Sanjiv Khanna, CJI had recommended the transfer of Justice Aradhe to Bombay High Court.<\/p>\n
