On 03-01-2025, the Ministry of Finance (Financial Markets Division) notified the appointment of Justice (Retd.) Mayank Kumar Jain, Allahabad High Court as a Judicial Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal (‘SAT’).<\/p>\n

Justice (Retd.) Mayank Kumar Jain will serve as a Judicial Member of SAT for 4 years from his date of joining or till he attains the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n

The appointment was made by exercising powers under the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021<\/a> and the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
