These advancements present unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the domain of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). From copyright issues in AI-generated content to trademark disputes in the virtual world, the interplay between evolving technologies and the existing legal frameworks necessitates a deeper exploration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">This competition aims to provide a platform for students and research scholars to critically analyze, deliberate, and propose innovative solutions to the challenges that AI and the Metaverse pose to the IPR regime.
