The competition, guided by the maxim <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Fiat Justitia Ruat Caelum<\/span>&#8212;&#8220;Let justice be done though the heavens fall&#8221;&#8212;features an expertly crafted problem focusing on cross-border acquisitions and tax implications.<\/p>\n<h3>ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The NUALS Moot Court Society (MCS), recognized for organizing the prestigious NUALS International Maritime Law Arbitration Competition (NIMLAC), brings together practitioners and academicians specializing in international taxation and corporate law. The Society has distinguished itself through exceptional performances in international and national moot court competitions, and is renowned for its warm hospitality in hosting competitions. The problem is drafted by Mr. Aditya Venugopalan, Senior Associate at Veritae Legal, Cochin.<\/p>\n<h3>EVENT FORMAT:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Preliminary Rounds: All registered teams shall participate the Online preliminary rounds via Google Meet.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advanced Rounds: Top eight teams compete in online Quarter Finals. The four winning teams shall advance to the Semi-Finals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Grand Finals: Offline round at NUALS campus, Kochi.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>IMPORTANT
