Entries for the same are invited from interested law students.<\/p>\n<h3>About RMLNLU<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University was established by an Act of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh in 2005 and came into being on the 4th of January 2006 to meet the new challenges in the legal field. Being one of the premier national law schools in the country, the university aims to provide quality legal education and cater to the needs of the legal profession with its centers of excellence.<\/p>\n<h3>About the Committee<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Committee to Organize Seminars, Workshops, Extra Murals, and Special Lectures was constituted and mandated to organize academic events at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. It is the primary academic discussion committee of the university. It is known to organize events such as the International Seminar exploring the Dynamic Interplay between Law and the Digital on many contemporary and relevant legal issues for the benefit of the student and teaching fraternity throughout the year.<\/p>\n<h3>About the International Seminar<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The digital revolution is transforming society, economies, and individual rights, presenting both opportunities and challenges for lawmakers. Technologies like artificial intelligence, cryptocurrencies, and data-driven systems are evolving rapidly, often outpacing traditional legal frameworks and raising complex jurisdictional issues. This seminar focuses on the urgent need for adaptable legal frameworks that balance innovation with regulation. By bringing together experts from law, technology, and policy, the event aims to develop strategies for future-proofing legal systems, enhancing digital inclusion, and fostering international cooperation. Key topics include data privacy, cybersecurity, ethical AI usage, and the impacts of automation on employment. All the co-authors need to get registered for the seminar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Entries should be original, unpublished and plagiarism shall not exceed more than 10% in Final Paper while should be 0% in Abstract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Submission Guidelines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>All submissions have to be in English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The abstract should not be more than 500 words. It shall be accompanied by a cover letter containing &#8211; a brief profile of the author including e-mail ID, contact number, designation, institution, and official address.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The word limit for a research paper is 6000-8000 words (inclusive of all citations and references).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Submissions must be typed in Times New Roman, Font Size 12 on A4 size paper with a 1&#8221; margin on all sides with 1.5-line spacing. The heading should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 14, Bold, 1.5-line spacing, center-aligned while the sub-heading should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 12, Italicized, 1.15&#8212;line spacing. Footnotes must be in Times New Roman, Font Size 10 with 1.0-line spacing. The file extension shall be .doc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Author(s) should also send a declaration along with the abstract &amp; final paper that their work is original and unpublished and that it does not infringe the copyright laws.
