With a distinguished career spanning multiple jurisdictions and industries, Mr. Khan brings a wealth of experience in both counsel and arbitrator roles to the firm\u2019s renowned disputes team.<\/p>\n

Mr. Khan is a former Partner of Advani & Co., New Delhi where he served as a Partner till 2021. On this development Mr. Hiroo Advani, Managing Partner, Advani Law and Member of the Court of Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) said:<\/p>\n

Throughout his career, Tariq Khan has been involved in several complex and high-value arbitrations, across industries such as construction, energy, infrastructure, intellectual property, and joint ventures. He has appeared as counsel in some of the landmark cases and has extensive experience in common law. An esteemed mediator and academic, Tariq Khan serve as an adjunct professor at some of the renowned universities and has authored several books, including a commentary on Indian Arbitration Law. With over 70 publications in the field of arbitration, he is widely recognized for his expertise in International Arbitration. Mr. Khan has been honored with numerous accolades, including being listed in the Forbes Legal Powerlist India 2020-2021 and named one of BW Legal\u2019s 40 under 40.<\/p>\n

As part of his broader contributions to the arbitration and mediation community, Mr. Khan has been a key figure in training judges, arbitrators, officials from various ministries, bureaucrats as well as the next generation of arbitrators, mediators, and legal professionals.<\/p>\n
