The entire archive will be indexed on SCC Online. Subscribers will be able to purchase hard copies or e-Copies from the EBC Webstore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">SRM University is a University, the Haryana Private Universities Act 2006 as amended by (Haryana Act No. 8 of 2023) recognised by the University Grants Commission and imparts legal education.<\/p>\n<h3>About EBC<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">EBC is India\u2019s foremost publisher of legal content. EBC Group is the intellectual giant in legal publishing, with offices in several Indian cities and abroad. EBC has traditionally published a wide range of legal commentaries, student texts, law reports and digests. Today its products include pioneering works both in the print and electronic medium.<\/p>\n<h3>SRMUH LAW REVIEW (SRMLR)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The SRMUH LAW REVIEW (SRMLR) is the journal of the Faculty of Law at SRM University Delhi-NCR Sonepat. SRMLR has the aim to further the legal scholarship by publishing original articles from scholars and professionals in the field. Exceptional writings from students of law may also be accepted by the Editorial Team. The Journal aspire to provide exhaustive analysis, discussion, and insight into the ever-evolving landscape of legal issues and is dedicated to explore and catalyse legal developments in today\u2019s dynamic global landscape. The objective of the Journal is to initiate deliberations on emerging social, ethical and legal concerns in the context of contemporary social, political, and technological
