Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur through its Centre for WTO & WIPO Studies, School for Law and Technology and in collaboration with UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific under UNCITRAL Asia Pacific Days 2024 is set to organise an International Symposium on “Global Trade Dynamics: Digital Economy and the Rule of Law” on 6 December 2024 in online mode. The UNCITRAL Asia Pacific Days is an annual flagship academic series launched in 2014 by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific to commemorate the December 1966 General Assembly resolution establishing UNCITRAL. The Symposium aims to foster a deeper understanding of Global Trade Dynamics and the Digital Economy. Through a panel discussion on “E-Governance and the Rule of Law: Strengthening Legal Infrastructure for Digital Transformation in the Asian Pacific,” the symposium aims to explore the critical role of legal frameworks in driving digital growth and development. This Symposium welcomes all practitioners, academics, students, and researchers interested in International Trade Law.<\/p>\n
