Contributions are encouraged from academicians, legal professionals, and law students.<\/p>\n<h3>Topic:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The submissions must be an original work of the author(s) relating to recent developments and events related to Securities Law and Capital Markets. Preference will be given to submissions that provide critical analysis of legal questions accompanied by possible solutions for the same.<\/p>\n<h3>Submission Categories:<\/h3>\n<p>The SLR accepts submissions in the form of:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Case Comments: 2000 &#8212; 5000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Essays: 2500 &#8212; 5000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Articles: 5000 &#8212; 10000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Submission Guidelines:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Exclusive Submission Policy &#8212; The Submission should be original work and not submitted simultaneously to other publications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Zero Plagiarism &#8212; Plagiarism is strictly prohibited; all references should be cited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>After review, manuscripts may be returned to authors with suggestions to change content, style or structure. Acceptance of the piece for publication would be contingent upon incorporating the suggestions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The submissions must be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>All manuscripts should be formatted in Times New Roman, size 12, and have a line spacing of 1.5. The citations should be in Times New Roman, size 10, and have a line spacing of 1.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Footnotes are required and should be in the Bluebook 21<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">st<\/span> Edition format. The word count is exclusive of footnotes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>All submissions should be in .doc or .docx format.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The submissions shall be subjected to a peer-review process by the editors, and the final decision shall lie at the discretion of the board of editors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Co-authorship of submissions is allowed for up to two persons.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Entries can be submitted to <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/e8kuPZjizsPwn6ge6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this form<\/a> on or before February 28,
