The provisions are mentioned below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(5) The Central Government shall constitute, by notification, an authority for administration of the Investor Education and Protection Fund consisting of a chairperson and such other members, not exceeding seven and a chief executive officer, as the Central Government may appoint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(6) The manner of administration of the Investor Education and Protection Fund, appointment of chairperson, members and chief executive officer, holding of meetings of the authority shall be in accordance with such rules as may be prescribed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(7) The Central Government may provide to the authority such offices, officers, employees and other resources in accordance with such rules as may be prescribed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>-Ministry of Corporate Affairs<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Section 125 sub section (5), (6) (except with respect to the manner of administration of the Investor Education and Protection Fund) and <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":7321,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1188,2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-33521","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-hot_off_the_press","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.4 (Yoast SEO v27.4) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-premium-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Section 125(5), (6) &amp;
