\u00a0IALR Arbitral Award Drafting and Presentation Competition, hosted by the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, in collaboration with the esteemed Singapore International Arbitration Centre and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has been announced.<\/p>\n

Event Highlights<\/h3>\n

  1. \n

    Phase I: Award Submission<\/p>\n

    The competition begins with an online phase where participants are required to draft and submit an arbitral award as per the problem. Registration is open until 10 December 2024 and must be submitted by 4 January 2025.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Phase II: Award Presentation<\/p>\n

    Shortlisted teams will proceed to the offline rounds at NLIU, Bhopal, where they will present their submissions orally. This phase emphasizes not only the content but also the presentation skills of participants, as they engage with judges and the audience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Panel Discussion<\/p>\n

    A panel discussion featuring experts in arbitration law will be held during the offline phase, providing insightful discourse on contemporary issues in arbitration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Prizes and Recognition<\/h3>\n

    The competition offers substantial rewards, including cash prizes for the top three teams, recognition for the best draft and best presenter.<\/p>\n

    Eligibility<\/h3>\n

    The competition is open to students enrolled in integrated 5-year LL.B. programs, 3-year LL.B. programs, or LLM postgraduate courses.<\/p>\n
