The provisions came into force on 6-11-2024.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Points:<\/h3>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">In Order II<\/span> relating to &#8220;Offices of the Court: Sittings etc.&#8221;, Rule 3 and Rule 4 have been revised:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rule 3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Earlier<\/span>, it said that during vacations and holidays, the offices of the Court will remain open as the Chief Justice will direct.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Now<\/span>, the Chief Justice will direct when the offices remain open during the partial working days and holidays.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rule 4:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Earlier<\/span>, the Court sat in 2 terms annually:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">&#10003; First- starting from the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">termination of summer vacations<\/span> and ending with the day immediately before the day in December as the Court decides, for the commencement of the Christmas and New Year holidays.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">&#10003; Second- Commencing from termination of Christmas and New Year holidays and ending with the commencement of summer vacations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">&#10003; The period of summer vacation should not exceed 7 weeks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">&#10003; The total number of holidays could not exceed <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">103 days<\/span> which excluded Sundays not falling in the vacation and during holidays.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Now<\/span> also, the Court will sit in 2 terms annually:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt;
