Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Himatsingka Siede Limited (the “Company<\/span>“) as their legal counsel as to Indian law, on the issuance of 2,72,85,129 equity shares (“Equity Shares<\/span>“) at a price of<\/span> ₹146.60 per Equity Share, including a premium of ₹141.60 per Equity Share, aggregating up to ₹39,999.99 lakhs, by way of a qualified institutions placement (“QIP<\/span>“).<\/p>\n

The QIP was undertaken by the Company in compliance with Chapter VI of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018<\/a> (“SEBI ICDR Regulations<\/span>”) and Section 42<\/a> of the Companies Act, 2013<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Company is a vertically integrated textile company with a global footprint, that designs, develops, manufactures and distributes a suite of textile products.<\/p>\n

The transaction was led by Reuben Chacko<\/span>, Partner – Regional Co-head Markets Practice (South)<\/span>; with support from Tanvi Kini<\/span>, Principal Associate<\/span>, Dhawal Nirash<\/span>, Associate<\/span>; Ayushi Agarwal<\/span>, Associate<\/span>, Anjini Ganguly<\/span>, Associate<\/span>; and Olivia De<\/span>, Associate<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Other parties to the transaction included: Axis Capital Limited<\/span> and SBI Capital Markets Limited<\/span> (acted as Book Running Lead Managers to the Issue)<\/span>.<\/p>\n
