This prestigious event provides a platform for law students to showcase their advocacy skills, knowledge, and critical thinking. The competition promises to be an enriching experience, fostering intellectual discourse and exchange among participants.<\/p>\n<h3>ABOUT COMPETITION<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Our country&#8217;s Constitution is the highest law. Law College Dehradun&#8217;s Inter-University Moot Court Competition is a yearly inter-university event based on Constitutional Law. This competition is highly respected in India&#8217;s law circles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">It is administered by the Moot Court Society of the college. Other than contributing to the field of Constitutional Law, this Competition serves as a channel through which young law students can showcase and hone their advocacy skills. The first edition of the Competition was won by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">NUJS, Kolkata<\/span>; the second by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">National Law University, Jodhpur<\/span>; the third edition was won by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Hidayatullah National Law University<\/span>; the fourth edition by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Chanakya National Law University, Patna<\/span>; the fifth edition by the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Christ Deemed to be University, Bangalore<\/span>; the sixth edition by the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Lloyd School of Law, Greater Noida<\/span>; seventh edition by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Army Law Institute Mohali, Punjab<\/span> and the eighth edition by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law.<\/span> This year, once again, we welcome participation from the best law schools\/colleges\/universities of the country, with the expectation to chisel out the proficient lawyers and judges of the future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Dates of the Competition<\/span>: &#8211; 21<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">st<\/span> &#8212; 23<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">rd<\/span> February, 2025<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility:<\/span> Students of 3\/5 year LL.B. degree courses from any institution recognized by B.C.I. and LL.M. students (not enrolled as advocates) are eligible to participate. Provided that only one team may participate per institution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Theme:<\/span> Moot Proposition is based on Constitutional Law. An additional fee of INR 4,000 is payable after advancing to memorial knockout round, during the post-memorial registration process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The link for pre-memorial Competition<\/span>: There shall be a Memorial Elimination Round to select 32 teams who shall compete in the oral rounds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Please Note:<\/span> There shall be a Researchers&#8217; Test in addition to Preliminarily, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final Oral Rounds.<\/p>\n<h3>The dates of the Competition are as
