TDSAT had ruled that AERA lacked the authority to regulate tariffs for services like Ground Handling Services (GHS) and Cargo Handling Services (CHS), categorising them as &#8216;Non-Aeronautical Services&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Supreme Court is to hear matter concerning fares that passengers have to pay for airport facilities, ground handling, cargo operations and
