4,404,00,00,000 availed \/ to be availed by it from National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development and other consortium lenders, for the purposes of setting up of 929 MW AC projects comprising of (i) the 500 MW AC solar project in Fatehgarh, Rajasthan; (ii) (a) the 300 MW AC solar project; (b) 104 MW AC wind project; and (c) 25 MW AC solar project, presently under merchant sale projects in Khavda Village, District Kutch, Gujarat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The deal involved structuring with respect to LC sublimits availed by the Borrower with Adani Green Energy Limited as the Co-Borrower.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction team was led by <span class=\"font-weight: bold;\">Yash Jain<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner<\/span>; with the support from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Janani Chandrasekaran<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate<\/span>; and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Anubhav Khandelwal<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Other parties to the transaction include: <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development<\/span> (<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Acted as Lender<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction was
