About the Organizer<\/h3>\n

Jaipur National University, established on 22 October 2007, is a private university located in the Jaipur district of Rajasthan, India. Seedling School of Law and Governance is entrusted with the responsibility of administering Trial Advocacy Tournaments, Judgment Writing Competition and Client Counselling Competitions upholding the high standards of excellence that the Jaipur National University, Jaipur has set for itself.<\/p>\n

About the Event<\/h3>\n

This Competition is conceived with the aim of promoting and developing skills in the procedure followed by Trial Courts and testing the knowledge of law students across the nation. The law students are put through a series of factual and legal knowledge examinations.<\/p>\n

Trial advocacy is the branch of knowledge concerned with making attorneys and other advocates more effective in trial proceedings. A mock trial is merely a replicated version of a judicial trial. It trains the students to practice before the Criminal Court.<\/p>\n
