Undisputedly, except for S. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0001561375\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">120-B<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0002726960\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IPC<\/a>, none of the offences found scheduled offences within the meaning of S. 2(1)(y). Further, held, the offence punishable under S. 120-B IPC could become a scheduled offence only if the conspiracy alleged is of committing an offence which is specifically included in the Schedule to PMLA. However, conspiracy to commit any of the offences included in the Schedule found not alleged in the complaint, [<i>Yash Tuteja<\/i> v. <i>Union of India<\/i>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink\/q3tX1EZs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(2024) 8 SCC 465<\/a>]<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: #e6eeff; border-bottom: 1px solid black; border-bottom-style: dashed;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rajasthan Stamp Law (Adaptation) Act, 1952 (7 of 1952) &#8212; Applicability of, to insurance policies issued between 1993-94 to 2001-02 i.e. prior to the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998 coming into force:<\/span> The stamp duty must be levied as per the law in force as on the date of execution of the instrument, [<i>LIC<\/i> v. <i>State of Rajasthan<\/i>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink\/2vF1GRq9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(2024) 8 SCC 325<\/a>]<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"border-bottom: 1px solid black; border-bottom-style: dashed;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0002726962\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Specific Relief Act, 1963<\/a> &#8212; S. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0001563357\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">34<\/a> r\/w Art. 58 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0002726959\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Limitation Act, 1963<\/a> &#8212; Suit for declaration &#8212; Limitation:<\/span> In a suit for declaration that plaintiff was sole owner of one-half of property and sale deed executed in favour of husband of defendant agent was null and void, unless it was clearly established as a fact that plaintiff had knowledge of sale deed, held, it could not be inferred that plaintiff had contemporaneous knowledge of sale deed and limitation started running from date of execution of sale deed.
