The first edition of the ADR Magazine was launched in May, 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">This flagship publication encloses several articles employing a comparative and interdisciplinary approach to analyse and offer comments on the recent developments, judicial decisions and practices of ADR in Indian and several foreign jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">SRDC ADR Magazine maintains a double-blind peer review system and regular collaboration with experts and practitioners in the field of ADR who supervise the editorial process to preserve its scholastic appeal and integrity.<\/p>\n<h3>Call for Papers<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">GNLU SRDC ADR Magazine is inviting submissions for Volume V, Issue I. Contributions for the magazine are welcome from all academicians, practitioners and law students. ADR Magazine accepts submissions on a rolling basis, subject to the preference for publication in the upcoming issue granted for those submissions made before the prescribed date, i.e. 25<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> October, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The magazine permits submissions in the form of articles, case comments, legislative comments, and book reviews that fall within the scope of alternative dispute resolution.<\/p>\n<h3>Submission &amp; Formatting Guidelines<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Co-Authorship: Co-authorship is permissible only up to a maximum of two authors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Word Limit: 2000-2500 words (<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">exclusive of citations<\/span>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Body: The body of the manuscript should be in Garamond, Font Size 12 and line spacing 1.5.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Footnotes: The footnotes should be in Garamond, Font Size 10 and line spacing 1.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The citations must conform to the OSCOLA style of citations, 4th edition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Please ensure that your submissions adhere to the Magazine&#8217;s formatting guidelines, as can be accessed <a href=\"https:\/\/gnlusrdcadrmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Guidelines.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>No hyperlinks are allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The manuscript should not contain any reference to the author, including their names and institutional affiliations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Any failure to adhere to submission guidelines may result in rejection of the submission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The submission guidelines in further detail may be accessed <a href=\"https:\/\/gnlusrdcadrmagazine.com\/submission-guidelines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Cover Letter<\/h3>\n<p>The submission should be accompanied by a Cover Letter wherein the manuscript is attached and must contain the following details:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Name of the Author(s)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contact Details &#8211; Address and Mobile Number<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Name and Address of the Institution of the Author(s)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Academic Qualifications (Year of Study)\/Affiliations of the Author(s)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Title of the Manuscript<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mode of Submission<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>The Magazine accepts submissions on a rolling basis. If the submission is made after the commencement of the editorial process of a given issue on the date prescribed below, the articles shall be considered for publication in the subsequent issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The email should contain the manuscript in .doc or .docx format accompanied by the cover letter as per the aforementioned specification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">before 11:59 PM on 25<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> October, 2024 in order to be eligible for publication in Volume V Issue I.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The submissions can be made <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">via<\/span> email to the SRDC ADR editorial team at the following email ID: <a href=\"https:\/\/mailto:srdcadr@gnlu.ac.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">srdcadr@gnlu.ac.in<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Copyright and Editorial Policy<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Submissions made to the SRDC are on an exclusive basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The submissions must not have been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The contribution presented to and accepted for publication, along with the copyrights therein, shall be the intellectual property of the SRDC and vests with it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>SRDC strives to promote originality and commits itself to strict requirements of integrity.
