Palkhivala Memorial National (Virtual) Moot Court &amp; Research Paper Competition. It is scheduled to be held on from 17th to 20th October, 2024.<\/p>\n<h3>About MNLU Mumbai<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai, established under Maharashtra Act VI of 2014, is one of the premier legal education institutions in India. With NIRF Rank 31 across India and Rank 2 in Maharashtra, the university offers five-year integrated B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) program, one year LL.M. program (in various disciplines), two years M.B.A program and Ph.D. program, among others.<\/p>\n<h3>About the Competition<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The 14th edition of the Padma Vibhushan N.A. Palkhivala Memorial National Moot Court and Research Paper Competition, 2024, revolves around taxation law and seeks to inculcate interest in tax law practice among the minds of students.<\/p>\n<h3>Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p>Participation is strictly restricted to bona fide law students enrolled in the three-year or five-year LL.B. or degree course in any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Each College\/ Institution shall be allowed to register only one team in the competition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Location<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The competition will be conducted in virtual (online) mode.<\/p>\n<h3>Registration<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Moot Court Competition<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The teams are required to duly complete the registration process by 20th September 2024 (11:59 P.M.) by filling out this <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSd1hEqsxoTgrPasVRQC0BZbcCs4pJ-SGf1EdzQ4tKy0Ue185g\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google form<\/a>. Participants will not be permitted to make any changes in the team composition after completion of the registration except in case of any medical exigencies.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Research Paper Competition<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Students must confirm their participation by submitting the research papers on or before 30th September, 2024 via this hyperlinked <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/qd5P8wsijT4vpdgm8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Fee Details<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>The Registration Fee for the teams will be Rs. 2,500\/- for the oral rounds.
