The Offer consisted of a fresh issue of 508,571,428 Equity Shares aggregating to &#8377;35,600.00 million and an offer for sale of 428,571,428 Equity Shares aggregating to &#8377;30,000.00 million by Bajaj Finance Limited.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Offer opened on Monday, September 6, 2024 and closed on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
