Exyte GmbH | Acquisition of TTP Group<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Khaitan & Co advised the Exyte Group (Exyte) in relation to its acquisition of the TTP Group (i.e. a leading firm in consulting and engineering for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries in Europe). Exyte has entered into agreements with Prime Capital Debt SCSp, ABAG Börsebius Holding AG and Dr. Bonhoff GmbH to acquire the TTP Group. As part of this global transaction, the Indian business of the TTP Group was carved-out from the transaction perimeter by way of sale of shares of the Indian company by the TTP Group to third party purchasers. The Firm advised Exyte with respect to the Indian carve-out transaction.<\/p>\n

The core team consisted of Prasenjit Chakravarti (Partner), Nitish Goel (Partner), Sanjana Bhatnagar (Principal Associate), Vishakha Singh (Principal Associate), Saloni Birla (Senior Associate) and Mohnish Singh (Associate)<\/p>\n
