We are elated to announce that The Centre for Business Laws & Taxation (“CBLT”) is organizing and cordially invites you to join the Two Credit Certificate course on Business Laws and Practice 5.0, after the immense success of its four editions of Two Credit Certificate Course on Business Laws and Practice.<\/p>\n

About the Centre<\/p>\n

The Centre for Business Laws & Taxation (“CBLT”) is a research centre under the aegis of the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (“RGNUL”) that aims to promote and conduct interdisciplinary research and undertake numerous activities and projects in the realm of Business Laws and Taxation. This centre is headed by our esteemed faculty coordinator, Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma.<\/p>\n

About the Course<\/p>\n

This certificate course on business laws and practice is structured to analyze the current legal issues in the field of corporate litigation by identifying the lacunas existing in corporate law to benefit law students and young professionals who understand the nuances of corporate litigation. <\/p>\n

The Centre is proudly hosting this course from October to December 2024.<\/span> The course is structured to engage in a dialogue and create awareness about the scope and challenges in Corporate law. Topics include Competition Law, Mergers and acquisitions, Insolvency and bankruptcy, Banking Law, Direct Tax, and ADR Mechanisms<\/span>, which will be undertaken by renowned practitioners and stalwarts. The resource persons will delve into the practical as well as theoretical nuances of their respective practice areas and interact with the students regarding the requirements of corporate law practice in the contemporary world. <\/p>\n

Registration for the course:<\/p>\n

Every student pursuing a UG\/PG course, faculty, or practitioners in the field of law wishing to attend the online course has to register using the given<\/span> link<\/a> and fill in the Google form<\/a> with all the required details.<\/p>\n
