The newly formed 25-member Council has representation from across different jurisdiction such as: India, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and UAE.<\/p>\n

Council Members are a mix of International and Domestic arbitration practitioners, bringing experience, credibility, and impartiality to the institution in the administration of cases. They participate in procedural decisions as per the MCIA Rules, to ensure that the key characteristics of international arbitration are upheld.<\/p>\n
