She will be based in Mumbai office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Before joining CAM, Rachel was at Linklaters for almost 20 years, most recently as a Director leading Knowledge &amp; Learning (K&amp;L) globally. She was responsible for the firm&#8217;s K&amp;L strategy, knowledge management, client K&amp;L, knowledge technologies, information &amp; research, data governance and learning &amp; development. In addition, Rachel was responsible for setting up the firm&#8217;s strategy and approach to innovation and was an active member of the Innovation Steering Group from its inception. Prior to her role leading Knowledge &amp; Learning, Rachel was a Professional Support Lawyer specialising in competition law at both Linklaters and Allen &amp; Overy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">On her joining, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mr. Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas<\/span> said, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">&#8220;I am thrilled to welcome Rachel to the firm. Knowledge Management including thought leadership and innovation is essential of our firm&#8217;s ethos. We are putting knowledge at the centre of the firm. Rachel joining us will bring decades of global and best practices.
