Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co.), is pleased to announce the return of Roshan Thomas as an Equity Partner in its Corporate Practice at the Firm’s Bengaluru office. Roshan was a Partner with the Firm from 2017 to 2021, specialising in corporate commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.<\/p>\n

Roshan’s reappointment is a significant boost to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co’s Bengaluru office and its Corporate Practice, reinforcing the Firm’s standing as a leader in providing exceptional legal services.<\/p>\n

With over 21 years of experience, Roshan brings extensive expertise in cross-border legal advisory, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and regulatory and business advisory. His distinguished career includes roles at Tier 1 law firms and multinational corporations, underscoring his reputation for delivering strategic, business-focused legal advice. With his experience as in-house general counsel, he brings to the table an in-house counsel’s perspective which will benefit our clients.<\/p>\n
