Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Vedanta Limited (“Seller<\/span>”) on the offer for sale of 63,605,891 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each (“Equity Shares<\/span>”) of its subsidiary, Hindustan Zinc Limited (“Company<\/span>”), by way of an offer for sale through a separate designated window of the Stock Exchanges on August 16, 2024 and August 19, 2024, representing 1.51% of the total issued and paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company. The floor price for the offer for sale was set as Rs. 486 per Equity Share. Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited and JM Financial Institutional Securities Limited acted as the brokers on the transaction.<\/p>\n
