The floor price for the offer for sale was set as Rs. 486 per Equity Share. Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited and JM Financial Institutional Securities Limited acted as the brokers on the transaction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The Capital Markets team of<\/span> Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on the matter.
