However, via representation dated 22-8-2024, Justice Ahmed had requested reconsideration of the proposal for his transfer to the Madras High Court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Upon consideration of the representation, the Collegium did not find any merit in the request, thereby reiterating their recommendation dt. 21-08-2024.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-style: italic;\">On 21-8-2024, the Collegium proposed the transfer of Justice Shamim Ahmed, Judge, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, to Madras High Court.
