After significantly contributing to higher education, the Government of Uttarakhand granted its approval in 2013 to establish it as IMS Unison University. It emphasizes the convergence of law with social science, humanities, and management studies within its curriculum, ensuring a blend of theoretical depth and practical applicability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ABOUT THE EVENT:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">It is with immense pride that we present the 11<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> Edition of the National Moot Court Competition, taking place from <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">September 19<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> to 21<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">st<\/span>, 2024.<\/span> This eminent competition, hosted by the Moot Court Society, is dedicated to showcasing and celebrating the legal acumen of promising young talents and offering them a distinguished platform to hone their professional skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">HISTORY:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">In continuation of its legacy, IMS UNISON UNIVERSITY, DEHRADUN is honored to announce the 11<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> National Moot Court Competition,2024 since its inception, the Moot Court Competition at IMS Unison University has been a key event for legal education, offering students a platform to develop their advocacy skills and engage in rigorous debates. The competition has evolved significantly over the years, growing in scope and prestige. Each edition has showcased the talents of participants and included contributions from esteemed legal professionals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ELIGIBILTY:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The competition is open for Students pursuing three\/five years L.L.B Degree Course from recognized law college\/ University in India, subject to fulfilment of the registration formalities.
