Submission Guidelines:<\/p>\n

1. Eligibility:<\/span> Open to all scholars, professionals, and students.<\/p>\n

2. Format:<\/span> Papers should be in English with 4000-6000 words.<\/p>\n

3. Citation Format:<\/span> The authors shall follow India Law Institute Citation format only in order to ensure uniformity in selection process.<\/p>\n

The top 20-30 papers will be edited and published as a commemorative book on CPC by Dr. Nidhi Buch, Associate Professor of Law, Gujarat National Law University.<\/p>\n

Awards Ceremony:<\/span> The winners will be awarded their prizes during the centenary celebrations of Late Shri Karavadi Venkateswarlu Garu. This event will also mark the inauguration of a bi-annual lecture series and future competitions.<\/p>\n

Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\n

1. Original Work:<\/span> Submissions must be the original work of the participant. Plagiarism will result in disqualification.<\/p>\n

2. Copyright:<\/span> By submitting a paper, participants grant M\/s. Karavadi & Associates the exclusive right to publish and distribute the work. M\/s. Karavadi & Associates shall own the copyright over the articles.<\/p>\n

3. Multiple Submissions<\/span>: Participants may submit more than one paper, but each must be a separate entry.<\/p>\n

4. Judging:<\/span> The decision of the judges will be final and binding.<\/p>\n

5. Confidentiality:<\/span> All submissions will be treated with utmost confidentiality.<\/p>\n

6. Submission and Publication:<\/span> Please be advised that the submission of an abstract or paper alone does not entitlement of publication. All submissions will be subjected to a comprehensive review process. Only those submissions that receive approval from the review panel will be considered for publication.<\/p>\n
