She will be based in New Delhi &#8212; NCR office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Sowmya brings with her, experience of more than a decade in advising clients on all aspects of India&#8217;s employment and social security laws. Her approach to human resource laws combines the depth of Indian jurisprudence, along with the pragmatism of market practices. She has also been recognised by leading publications such as Legal 500 (APAC), Asialaw and ALB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Welcoming her to the firm <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mr. Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas<\/span> said, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">&#8220;We are happy to have Sowmya join us.
