The Court held that the imposition of such a requirement was manifestly proper and, in any event, raises an issue of policy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Hence, the Court dismissed the petition.<\/p>\n<p><!--\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">[<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #632423;\">Legal Attorneys and Barristers Law Firm v.
