Kohen, JSC<\/span>, dismissed the suit on the grounds of <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">forum non conveniens<\/span> and lack of personal jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court on 10-7-2024 dismissed the plantiffs&#8217; Amended Complaint without prejudice due to <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">forum non conveniens<\/span>, conditioned upon the defendants accepting service of process (analogues local procedure) in their home jurisdictions, in the event the plaintiffs reassert their claims in such jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">[<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #632423;\">Dr Bavaguthu Raghuram Shetty v.
